Ramp up your food skills with a visit to The Australian Women’s Weekly Taste of the Show Theatre Kitchen in the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome, featuring cooking demonstrations from some of Australia’s top kitchen wizards.

Be sure to come and see our new kitchen and appliances, provided by Bunnings Warehouse. Our favourite Sydney food Celebrity Lyndey Milan will be back to entertain and educate everyone and tune in for some exciting new ideas from Sydney Fish Market. New this year is Taste is in our Nature - Tasmanian Vegetables. They will be giving us tips for cooking with seasonal veggies, which will make every kid want to eat them! There will be some fantastic dishes created right before your eyes and samples for everyone in the audience. And of course don't miss the Celebrity Checkoout Challenge daily at 5pm!

Over on the Tasting Gallery, Dairy Farmers is back creating delicious treats with milk and yoghurt. CSR Sugar, new this year, will be baking up some tasty recipes from their new range of low GI and organic sugars. And Sydney Royal Deli Exhibitors will be back with delicious samples of medal winning produce.
